What’s the IWCA? It’s the International Window Cleaners Association. It’s THE association for window cleaners! The IWCA is made up of hundreds of professional window cleaners. Through safety programs, printed material, seminars and national conventions the IWCA trains window cleaners how to safely operate. This is very important for window cleaners who engage in high and mid-rise window cleaning. The IWCA also keeps professional window cleaners informed of the newest products and methods to make window cleaning safer and easier. And most importantly to me, the IWCA is leading the way in the industry to spread the word and educate fellow window cleaners, IWCA members or not, on Fabricating Debris. Why hire a professional?

Why should you hire a professional pressure washing company? There’s many reasons, but I saw this the other day and wanted to share it with you. The picture below is an example of what can happen when somebody uses a pressure washer incorrectly. Thankfully this can be fixed with the proper equipment, but sometimes permanent damage is done. This was caused by using high pressure with a pressure washing wand and just haphazardly waving the wand around. Not only does this leave lackluster results, but it also takes a lot of time! Because it takes so long, most people do not finish the job.

Not what you want.

Our equipment is set up to make cleaning concrete easy! We use rotary surface cleaners that clean concrete much like the way a lawn mower cuts grass. It effectively cleans a swath of concrete by rotating a spraying bar at a consistant height over the concrete. This, along with the proper cleaning agents and water up to 250 degrees is the absolute best way to clean concrete.

We’re glad to have added Greenville’s Chipolte Mexican Grill to our list of commerical window washing accounts. We’ll be cleaning the windows there on a regular basis, as well as cleaning the concrete. Chipolte is located in front of the Whole Foods Market on Woodruff Rd. in Greenville. We look forward to keeping the image at that location in tip top shape. We’re probably going to enjoy their awesome food quite a bit, too.

That’s right. We’ve found that a few of our clients would prefer to pay their invoice using a credit card. So, we now accept credit card payments at your door or in our office – all using a completely secure means. Best of all, we do not store any of your private information in any way.
