We Wash Windows is now EcoClean!

We Wash Windows recently changed it’s name to EcoClean to better serve it’s customers. We Wash Windows has long offered pressure washing, SoftWashing, roof cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services in addition to window cleaning. Our previous name was leaving some with the impression that we simply cleaned windows and nothing else. However, we are the premier exterior cleaning company in the Upstate – so we choose a name that is better suited for us. We have always been conscience of the environment, and choose the safest way to clean while minimizing the impact to the environment. We felt that the name EcoClean would be a great way of projecting that to our present and future customers while giving a sense of the other cleaning services we offer.

What’s Roof Cleaning?

Have you noticed the dark discoloration on a lot of the roofs in the Upstate? Perhaps your roof has this staining? We get the response from a lot of customers that they believe their roof needs replacing – that this discoloration is just a sign of old age.

Actually, this discoloration or stain, is an algae that’s feeding on the ingredients present in the grit of the roof. We can safely kill and remove this algae with our No Pressure Roof Cleaning method. We apply a solution that’s approved by the American Roofing Manufacturers Association ( ARMA ) at very low pressure to the shingles. This solution effectively kills and removes the algae revealing a beautiful roof that looks as good as new! Our solution also helps prevent the return of the algae.

We Wash Windows has donated five $200.00 gift certificates to be silent auctioned in support of the 2010 “Walk with the Docs” for the Anderson Free Clinic. All the proceeds from the auction will go to help the Anderson Free Clinic continue to operate. These certificates can be used by the winners for either Window Washing or our SoftWashing method – the safe alternative to pressure washing.
